Hi there! I’m Alicia Oliveira, Registered Kinesiologist and Yoga Teacher with focus on external Pelvic Health.

I have 9 years of experience in injury rehabilitation and in the latter part of my career, I have shifted my practice to pelvic health. My passion is to help individuals of all fitness levels gain the confidence in their entire core system and bladder by addressing urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis, pelvic girdle pain and any other musculoskeletal concerns that are related. My unique skillset and external-only care is safe, effective and researched-based across multiple different demographics.

I am passionate about supporting my client’s with their pelvic health and overall wellness goals! When I’m not working, you’ll find me running, lifting, playing golf, snowboarding, watching live sports and spending quality time with my family.
